| 3. Buy a Mac from Apple - Try the G4 cube (the world's coolest computer) or the iMac. For me though, it's the Dual Proc G4. Faster than any PC, way easier, and most important: more FUN! |
| 4. Buy stocks in companies like Apple, Sun and SGI at Schwab and check your account status on the Motley Fool. The latest about the MS breakup is great news for the market. |
| 5. Stop using MS products, as we have. This may mean Linux, Unix, or Mac, but there are very productive solutions outside the MS world. Also, boycott NT based ASP Web sites, as if their horrible performance and abysmal reliability wasn't enough to keep you away. |

I, Bill Gatez, believe Microsloth is the ugly giant (Big Brother from Orwell's 1984) and we're to do what little we might to change it, and have fun while doing it.
Get to the point: Life is too short to settle for a sucky OS like Windoze. There are still more than twice as many 32 bit Applications available for the Mac as for Windoze. There are also thousands of great Apps for Unix systems - how would you like to restart your computer every 6 months, instead of every 6 minutes like Windoze? If you like cool new stuff, try Mac OS X - totally hip performance, incredible new Aqua interface, modern features, and the solid reliability of unix. It may be the most fun you'll have in front of a computer... or maybe not.
